B2C ECOMMERCE WEBSITE OF THE YEAR

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional eCommerce website retailing direct to the consumer.

Criteria:

- You must be a company based in Northern Ireland with a direct to consumer offering selling products or services online
- Consideration will be given to 5 areas: the UX and UI of the website, overall branding and design of the website; innovation in products/services; website features and the overall shopping experience.

B2B ECOMMERCE WEBSITE OF THE YEAR

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional eCommerce website retailing from one business to another.



Criteria:

- You must be a company based in Northern Ireland with a business to business offering selling products or services online
- Consideration will be given to 5 areas: the UX and UI of the website, overall branding and design of the website; innovation in products/services; website features and the overall shopping experience.

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES & EXPORT AWARD

This award celebrates an eCommerce business which has delivered exceptional growth in export markets outside of the UK.

Criteria:

- You must be company based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online
- The judges are looking for excellence in growing sales outside the UK and RoI; and evidence of online selling across a range of channels - website, marketplaces etc
- Please provide customer testimonials where possible.

ECOMMERCE START UP OF THE YEAR

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional eCommerce company less than 24 months old.

Criteria:

- You must be company based in Northern Ireland  - retailer, software business or agency which operates primarily in the eCommerce sector & began trading no earlier than September 2017.
- Consideration will be given to innovation in products, services and delivery; enhancements to traditional eCommerce practices; traction in your marketplace; and customer testimonials.

ECOMMERCE SOFTWARE COMPANY OF THE YEAR

This award celebrates the best companies offering software solutions in the eCommerce sector.

Criteria:

- You must be a software company based in Northern Ireland delivering software solutions into or targeted at the eCommerce sector
- Consideration will be given to professional accreditations achieved and/or maintained; customer testimonials & innovation in products, services and delivery.
 

OMNICHANNEL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR

This award celebrates an exceptional multi channel retailer, of which both brick and mortar and e-commerce are significant drivers of their business.

Criteria:

- You must be a company based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online coupled with at least one traditional retail outlet.
- Consideration will be given to evidence of how you have successfully combined your online and offline offering and channels; sales promotions and marketing activity to combine both online and offline sales channels; and customer testimonials.

 

BUSINESS GROWTH AWARD

The award celebrates an eCommerce business that has delivered significant growth in the previous 18 months.

Criteria:

- You must be company based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online who can prove demonstrable growth in sales in the previous 18 months
- Consideration will be given to use of multiple channels - offline & online - including website and marketplaces where appropriate; and growth delivered through innovative products, marketing or technology.
 

ECOMMERCE MARKETING AGENCY OF THE YEAR

This award recognises the success of the leading agency offering marketing services to the eCommerce sector.

Criteria:

- You must be company based in Northern Ireland delivering marketing agency services to clients in the eCommerce industry.

- Consideration will be given to professional accreditations achieved and/or maintained; customer testimonials; and innovation in products, services and delivery of those services.

ECOMMERCE RETAILER OF THE YEAR – SMALL (<£1m turnover)

This award recognises success of an eCommerce business generating up to £1m in sales.

Criteria:

- You must be an eCommerce retail business based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online with a turnover of less than £1m in the 12 months previous to September 2019.
- The judges are looking for excellence in growing sales and innovation in the sector; evidence of online selling across a range of channels - website, marketplaces etc; and customer testimonials.
 

ECOMMERCE RETAILER OF THE YEAR – LARGE (>£1m turnover)

This award recognises success of an eCommerce business generating over £1m in sales.

Criteria:

- You must be an eCommerce retail business based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online with a turnover of more than £1m in the 12 months previous to September 2019.
- The judges are looking for excellence in growing sales and innovation in the sector; evidence of online selling across a range of channels - website, marketplaces etc; and customer testimonials.
 

ECOMMERCE WEB DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE YEAR

This award celebrates excellence in the field of web design & development in the eCommerce sector. It will be awarded to a business demonstrating technical excellence as well as commercial awareness and client satisfaction.

Criteria:

- You must be company based in Northern Ireland delivering web design & developments services to clients in the eCommerce industry.
- Consideration will be given to professional accreditations achieved and/or maintained; customer testimonials; and innovation in products, services and delivery of those services.

 

ECOMMERCE BUSINESS PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR (non-entry category)

This special award will be presented to an eCommerce professional whom the judges believe has dedicated their working life to the industry and who has, as a result, made a long-term outstanding contribution to the eCommerce Industry in Northern Ireland.

Criteria:

The individual must be working on or in the eCommerce sector in Northern Ireland - either in retail, software development or agency.

The judges will be looking to award an individual who has made a contribution to the overall success and promotion of the eCommerce sector in Northern Ireland through delivering growth, jobs and innovation in the sector.
